|
This cottage's main living room features large floor to ceiling windows that face the lake with incredible lake views, cathedral ceilings, a beautiful large stone fireplace, couch and large leather chairs. This room has a lovely open air feeling with lots of natural light. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with wooden table and chairs suitable to sit six comfortably for dinner. The sliding glass doors in this dining area lead out to the lakeside deck where you can enjoy your meals with a great view of Lake Huron. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, and stove and plenty of counter and cupboard space. The island in the kitchen allows extra room for preparing your summer feasts.
There are also three bedrooms at the cottage. One with a king, the second with a single and a set of bunk beds, and the third with a queen. There is a four piece bathroom with both shower and sink. The cottage is located at the end of a dead end road, on a point of land, in a private, heavily treed setting with over 500 feet of water frontage on Lake Huron. The rear of the cottage is surrounded with a grassy area - perfect for playing. The property gradually slopes towards the lake. In front of the cottage is a stone patio and beyond, the lake itself. Shoreline of the cottage consists of flat limestone rock and shallow entry that gradually gets quite deep for more rigorous swimming. This is a great place to swim!
